These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Folklife (“the app”), provided by Pulliam LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Folklife is a household task-management app that helps families organize, assign, and complete tasks together, including an optional feature to manage tasks by text message. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. A parent or guardian who sets up a household is responsible for the members they invite, including any minors.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only for lawful, personal household purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Only link a phone number that belongs to you and that you are authorized to use.
Text messaging
If you enable Text Folklife, your use of the texting feature is also subject to our SMS Terms. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulliam LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
